RICS LEVEL 2 HOME SURVEY

The RICS Level 2 Home Survey is designed for conventional properties in reasonable condition. It provides a clear overview of the property’s condition using an easy-to-understand traffic light rating system.

What the Survey Covers

  • Roof spaces (where safely accessible), including insulation and structure
