Once instructed, our surveyor will visit your property to gather all the measurements and information we require.
Design
Rest assured as our skilled designers begin their work. Our target is to provide you with completed planning drawings within 14 days, but the timeline may be adjusted depending on the complexity of your scheme.
Final stage
You will receive PDF drawings via email for your approval, and any necessary amendments or corrections will be promptly addressed. Our comprehensive drawings encompass all the elements essential for obtaining planning permission or a certificate of lawfulness. At this stage, we can also proceed to submit the drawings to the local Council.
