  • WHAT IS SNAGGING INSPECTION?

    Snagging surveys are inspections of new build properties carried out by professional snagging inspectors or surveyors.

    Snagging is a necessary process of identifying issues with your new build property. Snagging issues range from leaks, cracked or loose tiles, difficulty opening or closing doors and windows, un-level ceilings, floors and walls, damaged units, missing insulation, poor joinery and structural issues.

    WHEN SHOULD I GET A SNAGGING SURVEY/INSPECTION?

    The sooner the survey is completed, the more time you have to reach an agreement with the developer, should any snags be identified. The best time for a snagging survey is before you exchange contracts with the developer and move into your new home.
